Considering the annual increases in RapidILL service subscription fees, the continuously rising budgets for database subscriptions, our institution's geographical location, and reader usage habits, the Library has carefully evaluated the usage rate and cost-effectiveness. Consequently, we plan to discontinue the "RapidILL Express Document Delivery Service" effective July 1, 2026.

To balance the rights of our faculty and students with our cost-saving goals, readers who need to request copies of Western journal articles may now do so through the "NDDS (National Document Delivery Service)". The photocopying fees for these materials will be fully covered by the Library (limited to domestic journal documents). We highly encourage you to make full use of this service!
