📌請於115/11/30日(一)前，於週一至週五08:30-12:00、13:30-17:00 至圖書館1F參考服務櫃台領取禮券。若逾期未領，視同放棄獎項！
Please collect your gift voucher at the Reference Services Counter on the 1st Floor of the Library by November 30, 2026 (Monday). Collection hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30–12:00 and 13:30–17:00. Unclaimed prizes after the deadline will be considered forfeited.

📌若中獎人依臺灣稅法規定屬於非居住者，須依臺灣稅務相關規定，就獎品價值繳納 20% 的扣繳稅款。外籍中獎人領取獎品時，須提供居留證（Alien Resident Certificate, ARC）影本。
Winners who are non-residents for Taiwan tax purposes are subject to a 20% withholding tax on the prize value in accordance with Taiwan tax regulations. Foreign winners must provide a copy of their Alien Resident Certificate (ARC) when claiming their prize.
