"NOT A Loser Anymore! - The Power of Reading" Book Exhibition Opening Ceremony Held

 

Taiwan Tech Library has regularly organized book exhibitions every semester since 2020 to create the positive reading atmosphere on campus.

The theme of the book exhibition in the second semester of the 109 academic year is " NOT A Loser Anymore! - The Power of Reading ". The library collected 200 books recommended by the famous writer Yihui Song, and 220 books recommended by more than 20 Taiwanese celebrities in the book, "Power of Reading" published by Tianxia Culture in 2016, and help readers find the books they are interested.

The book exhibition period was from March 31 to October 22, 2021.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony was presided over by principal Jia-Yush Yen at 10:30 a.m. on March 31. The principal mentioned that he loves reading and hopes that the students could enjoy reading and experience the power of reading. After the opening ceremony, the library provided a guided tour to introduce the reading space on 3F and the highlights in this book exhibition, and also held a tea party and lottery activities, attracting many readers.
