EndNote is a reference management software package which can be used to manage bibliographies and references when writing thesis and other academic texts. References can be imported directly from library catalogues and article databases into the software. EndNote is connected to Microsoft Word, enabling you to insert citations as well as automatically create and update a literature list in your Word document. The software has many different bibliographic styles that define the appearance of your citations and literature list. With EndNote, it is possible to quickly change the bibliographic style of a text.

1.Download a compressed file from library webpage and save it on your desktop.
2.Right-click to decompress the file.

EndNote X8 is compatible with Mac OS Sierra (iOS 10.12). If you are using a Mac running Sierra, you must use EndNote X8, because EndNote X7.7 and earlier versions are not compatible with Sierra.

Endnote is one of the tools to make bibliographies for academic papers. It saves users substantial amount of time consumed in editing the reference list as it functions to finish the job automatically. Endnote has features as the follows:

Images and PDF files can be saved and annotated, not to mention RefViz, the semantic analysis function. All aims to ease the searching in a visualized manner.
